ONDA CLUBThe things people ask most.
Board damage
If you damage a board, whether a charge applies — and how much — depends on the type of damage, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Report within 24 hours
From your account dashboard → Sessions → 'Report damage' on the relevant session. Photos required. Late reports may not qualify for coverage.
What's always on us
Normal wear and pressure dings smaller than a 50-cent coin. Fin box rattles from regular use. Tail pad delamination from sun exposure.
What's on you
Impact breaks through the glass, nose/tail snaps from excessive force, or damage from not rinsing fins in sand. These exceed standard coverage.
How it works, from start to finish.
Spot the damage
Check the board before and after your session. You're responsible for anything that happens during your session window.
Photograph it
Take 2–3 clear photos immediately — close-up of the ding and a wider shot showing where on the board it is.
File the report
Account dashboard → Sessions → tap the session → 'Report damage'. Upload photos, describe what happened honestly, and submit.
We review within 24 h
Our team reviews every report and responds with a decision. If covered, nothing more is needed from you. If not fully covered, we'll explain why, based on the damage policy in the Terms and Conditions.
