Bookings & Check-in

How to reserve a board, pick it up, and busy-spot tips.

Quick answers

The things people ask most.

Reserve online first

Reserve any board up to 2 months ahead on the website. Pick your spot, your dates, and confirm — takes about 2 minutes.

Session length

Each partner spot sets its own opening hours. Pick up and return your board within those hours on the day(s) you booked.

Pickup & return

Return the board to the same partner spot you picked it up from — there's no switching spots mid-rental.

Step by step

How it works, from start to finish.

01

Browse spots online

On the ONDA website, check 'Spots' to see live board availability at every location.

02

Pick a spot and date

Choose your location, board, and date, then confirm at checkout. Every session starts with a reservation — there's no walk-in option.

03

Pick up your board

Show up at the partner spot during its opening hours. The staff will have the board you reserved ready for you.

04

Drop it back off

Return the board to the same spot before it closes, and hand it back to the staff. No scanning, no paperwork.

FAQ

Still have questions?

The website shows real-time stock. If your preferred spot is low, nearby locations are shown with their current availability. You can also join a waitlist for busy breaks during peak swell.

Each membership is personal and tied to one account. For groups, each person needs their own membership.

No fee if you cancel at least 2 hours before your window. Late cancellations or no-shows on the Nomad plan count as a used day.
